AMG Tools is operated by Amit Mehta Groups at amitmehtagrp.in. This page explains the information used by our tools, website and advertising.
Are my files saved on this website?
No. When you open a PDF, image or other file in a file tool, that file is handled in your browser. AMG Tools does not upload or save a copy of the selected file on its server. The working copy remains in the open page while you use the tool; reloading or closing the page clears it. A finished file or editable draft is saved to your own device only when you choose to download or print it. Files you have downloaded remain on your device until you delete them.
AI writing works differently: when you ask Email Writer for a result, the text you submit is sent through our server to Groq. The PDF and image file tools do not send your selected files to Groq. See the details below before submitting sensitive text.
Files and writing tools
Most PDF, image and conversion tools process files in your browser. Some features download third-party libraries or models. Email Writer sends the text you enter to this website’s server and then to Groq when you request a result. It also sends optional sender and recipient names. Its recipient email field stays in your browser until you choose to open your email app.
Image to Text processes selected images in your browser and downloads OCR software and English recognition data when needed. Invoice details are not automatically saved to our server or browser storage; you can download a private editable draft to your device and reopen it. Printing or saving a PDF uses your browser and chosen print destination. Our AI endpoint does not save the brief or generated draft. It processes that text to return your requested result. Groq processes submitted API content under its Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum. Its privacy policy covers related service and usage information. Do not enter information you are not authorised to share. Browser speech features may use services supplied by your browser or device; check the tool and browser settings.
ReWordly, Chai Ki Gumti and WarehouseOps are separate Amit Mehta Groups websites. Following a link to one of them takes you away from AMG Tools; check that website’s privacy information before submitting text or personal details there.
Technical information
The hosting provider and services delivering fonts, libraries or models may receive your IP address, browser information and requested resource as part of serving the site. Hosting and security logs may be retained by those providers. Our AI endpoints store hourly and daily usage counters, including an hourly hash derived from the visitor IP address, to limit abuse. Counter files older than approximately 48 hours are removed during subsequent requests. These counters are not the text of your draft.
Preferences on your device
Local storage remembers choices such as theme and animation preferences. Some tools may cache downloaded resources or keep tool settings locally. You can clear these through your browser’s site-data controls. This release includes the Google AdSense advertising tag. It does not include Google Analytics.
Advertising and sponsorship
We use Google AdSense to support the site through advertising, alongside sponsorship opportunities. Ad availability depends on Google and our advertising settings. Where applicable, Google’s consent message lets visitors manage their advertising choices.
Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers and information about visits to this and other sites for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention, subject to applicable consent choices. Contact and sponsorship enquiries
Our contact buttons open a draft in your email app; the website does not send it automatically. If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address and other information you include and use it to handle your enquiry. Avoid sending passwords, API keys or sensitive documents.
Your choices and requests
You can clear local browser data, choose whether to use cloud AI tools, and contact us about access, correction, deletion, objection or other privacy rights available under applicable law. Requests are handled according to the information we actually hold and applicable requirements. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Security and changes
We use HTTPS and keep AI credentials on the server. No service can promise absolute security. This notice will be updated when processing practices change.
