Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of amitmehtagrp.in (the "Site"), operated by Amit Mehta Groups ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

AMG Tools provides free, browser-based utilities for tasks like PDF editing, image processing, text formatting, unit conversion and calculations. Most file tools run in your browser. The Email Writer sends requests to Groq through our server. No visitor account is required. Free service allowances, device limits and abuse-prevention limits apply. Review AI-generated drafts before use; results can contain errors.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site's infrastructure, including through automated scraping that degrades service for other users;
  • Use the Site to process content you do not have the legal right to process, or to create fraudulent or misleading documents, signatures, or files;
  • Misrepresent AMG Tools output (for example, a generated signature or document) as being from an authority or source it is not.

3. Your content

Any file, text, or data you process using a tool on this Site stays on your own device — we never receive, store, or have access to it, and we make no claim of ownership over it. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of any content you process using AMG Tools.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, original text, and code (excluding open-source third-party libraries used under their own licenses) are the property of Amit Mehta Groups. You may use the tools for personal or business purposes, but may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Site itself without permission.

5. No warranty

The Site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results suitable for your specific purpose — see also our Disclaimer regarding calculators and estimation tools.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amit Mehta Groups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any tool on it — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because file processing happens on your own device, we have no ability to recover lost or corrupted files, so we recommend keeping your own backups of important files before processing them.

7. Third-party links and advertising

The Site may display third-party advertising (see our Privacy Policy) and may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site linked from AMG Tools.

8. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may add, remove, or modify tools and features at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
